What is your return policy?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you don't love your purchase for any reason, send it back within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you and we will provide a full refund or exchange.
The date your item(s) were delivered can be found when tracking your order on the courier's website.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
USA - No! We will take care of the return shipping fee for all returns or exchanges.
International - There will be an international shipping fee for returns
How do I return my purchase?
If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service team for authorization. Once authorized, please repack all items in their original packaging (as best you can). Use the pre-paid shipping return label included in your original order to send the items back.
How long will it take to receive my refund/exchange?
All Returns are processed within seven working days (excludes weekends and bank holidays). When your return has been completed you will receive a confirmation email from us which will detail your refund or exchange in full.
All exchanges will then be subject to our current delivery timescales. You will also be given a new order reference number for this order in your email.
If you’ve been issued a refund then this will appear back on the relevant payment method within three to five working days from the date the email is received.
