Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
When your parcel has left our warehouse you will receive an email from us providing you with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. You can also use the tracking number to view the status of your parcel on the UPS website and view when it’s likely to arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased from SYONA HOME are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).
Return & Exchange conditions
Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
If you notice any problems with your order, you should notify our customer care team as soon as possible quoting your tracking number. Please keep all packaging in case the parcel was tampered with, as this may be required back to complete further investigations with the couriers.
